BCREC has a large pool of talent to recruit from, with a wide range of courses being offered at UG and PG levels. At present, we have 10 engineering departments (B Tech)- Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Design, Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) and Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) at UG level and 5 specializations at PG level- M. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, M. Tech. in Electronics and Engineering, M. Tech in Power System Engineering (EE), M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, M. Tech. in Construction Technology and Management (CE). We also offer Master in Business Administration, MBA (Hospital Management) and Computer Applications (MCA).

We arrange for the training modules for students which combines Aptitude (Numerical & Analytical), Technical, Interpersonal Skills Development, and Programming/Coding. We train our students with our in house training team and make them industry ready. We arrange for Online Mock Tests and Grooming classes conducted by external agencies.

Our Training and Placement Cell consists of dedicated corporate outreach professionals, supported by a team of faculty and staff members who monitor and mentor pre-placement activities of students with respect to their Domain, Soft Skills Training and holistic professional development.
