MACHINE LEARNING-POWERED VIBRATION ANALYZER FOR MACHINES Subhrangsu Chandra 466378-001 Kolkata 07-11-2025 Published, Journal No is 45/2025 07/11/2025 India 212747 The continuous monitoring of machine vibrations is essential for early fault detection and maintenance optimization in industrial systems. This paper presents a Machine Learning-Powered Vibration Analyzer designed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of machine health diagnostics. Traditional vibration analysis methods rely heavily on manual interpretation of time-domain and frequency-domain signals, which can be time-consuming and prone to human error. The proposed system employs machine learning algorithms to automatically extract relevant features from vibration signals and classify the machine’s operational state. Using supervised learning techniques such as Support Vector Machines and Random Forests, the model identifies patterns associated with imbalance, misalignment, and bearing faults. The system is trained and validated on vibration datasets collected from multiple machines under varying load conditions. Experimental results demonstrate that the ML-based analyzer achieves higher diagnostic accurac

A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BLOCKCHAIN-ENABLED CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION AND CREDENTIAL AUTHENTICATION Pradipta Pal 202531089609 A PUBLICATION OF THE PATENT OFFICE India 26-09-2025 Published India 202531089609 A (57) Abstract : ABSTRACT A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BLOCKCHAIN-ENABLED CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION AND CREDENTIAL AUTHENTICATION The invention provides a blockchain-enabled system for digital certificate management and credential authentication. In this system, a certificate issuance module receives certificate data from an issuing institution and processes the data through an uploading component and a digital signing component to generate a digital fingerprint using a secure hash algorithm. This digital fingerprint, together with associated certificate metadata-comprising a unique certificate identifier, the issuing authority, and a timestamp-is securely recorded on a blockchain ledger structured as sequentially linked blocks and verified by consensus protocols. A smart contract integration module is incorporated to automatically execute predetermined lifecycle events, including issuance, revocation, and updates. Additionally, a verification interface module retrieves and compares digital fingerprints upon receiving authentication requests. An interoperability module is further employed to standardize data exchange between disparate entities, and, optionally, a decentralized identity integration module assigns decentralized identifiers and cryptographic key pairs to facilitate the selective disclosure of credentials.
