The college is committed to fostering a supportive and healthy campus environment where students can thrive academically and personally. To promote mental well-being, we offer on-campus Psychological Counselling Services accessible to all enrolled students.

Our services are led by a qualified Psychological Counsellor, dedicated to helping students manage academic stress, emotional challenges, interpersonal issues, and overall psychological health. The approach is confidential, student-centric, and proactive, emphasizing early intervention, timely guidance, and positive mental-health practices.

Key Services & Responsibilities

  • Individual Counselling: Support for emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.
  • Guidance on Common Issues: Stress, anxiety, adjustment challenges, self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties.
  • Group Sessions & Workshops: Interactive programs to build resilience and awareness.

Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology
PG Diploma in Psychological Counselling
Certifications in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Tobacco Cessation, and Psychosocial First Aid

Availability

Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Counselling Room, Main Building, BCREC.

Note

The service is free of cost for all students.
Students are encouraged to seek support whenever needed.
