Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College and Dr. B. C. Roy Academy of Professional Courses jointly observed 76th Republic Day at their campus in a befitting manner with the March Past of the NCC contingent of the college. Dr. Sanjay S. Pawar, Principal, BCREC and Dr. Rajib Roy, Principal, BCRAPC, jointly hoisted the national flag. The gathering was addressed by Dr. Sanjay S. Pawar and the keynote address was delivered by Dr. Rajib Roy. Few NCC cadets were honoured with special batches. National Anthem was sung by all present in the programme. Mrs. Mita Mitra, Vice President, Dr. B. C. Roy Society, Mrs. Rita Singh, Mrs. Sadhana Sikdar, Mrs. Ankita Mitra, all members of the society were present and conferred honours to the NCC rank achievers. All senior officials and faculties graced the occasion. The programme was anchored by Dr. Sandip Mukherjee. He also delivered vote of thanks.
