About Me	As an instructor, I maintain a balanced approach both in academics and administration, strict in following rules and regulations, yet friendly and approachable with my students. This balance allows them to share their problems with me openly, while also respecting and following my guidance. I strongly believe that discipline combined with understanding creates a healthy and effective learning environment. My areas of expertise include Computer Aided Design and Drawing Laboratory work. However, I am always ready to take on any responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department and perform them with dedication and sincerity. I enjoy working with civil engineering modeling software such as CAD and Revit, and I continuously strive to enhance my technical skills in these areas. I also take every task assigned by the college authority seriously and make my best effort to complete it successfully and efficiently. Beyond academic activities, I also perform various administrative activities also.
