July 25, 2025 Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College organized a grand HR Conclave on 25th July, 2025 as a part of their yearlong Silver Jubilee celebration at the Dulal Mitra Auditorium bringing together famous HR professionals from core and software sectors. The theme of the event was "Workforce 2030: Shaping the Next Gen. Talent Frontiers." The conclave aimed to guide students on how to develop themselves to meet the current job market's demands of skills and become more employable.
