Soham Dey received the Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, in 2012 and the Master of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India in 2015. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur, India. His research interests include advanced control system, soft computing techniques and optimal control theory.

Optimal control, Robust linear controllers, Soft computing techniques, Advance meta-heuristic optimizations, Digital signal Processing.
